Mazzeri est un groupe de musique Rock Progressif/Doom Metal dont je suis membre fondateur.
Les titres de cet album sont principalement composés par Thomas Viti (guitare, chant) et Olivier Torre (basse). Accompagnant leurs riffs Doom, mes synthés ont participé à structurer les 4 titres progressifs qui composent cette première sortie du groupe.
Pour la production, nous voulions une approche moderne du son des groupes 70s qui nous influençaient, des prises de sons très organiques qui permettent aux longues compositions de déployer leurs contrastes de manière très dynamique, dans une unité sonore monolithique renforçant l’aspect « concept » de l’album. J’ai donc assuré cette partie technique, m’occupant de son enregistrement et de son mixage. Le master a ensuite été réalisé par James Plotkin.
Mazzeri is a Progressive Rock/Doom Metal music band of which I am a founding member.
The tracks on this album are mainly composed by Thomas Viti and Olivier Torre. Accompanying their Doom riffs, my synths helped structure the 4 progressive tracks that make up this first release from the group.
For the production, we wanted a modern approach to the sound of the 70s groups that influenced us, very organic sound recordings which allow the long compositions to deploy their contrasts in a very dynamic way, in a monolithic sound unit reinforcing the « concept » aspect from the album. So I took care of this technical part, taking care of its recording and mixing. The master was then produced by James Plotkin.

Le logo du groupe a été conçu sur papier par Olivier Torre et Thomas Viti, je me suis ensuite chargé de le vectoriser et de le décliner pour l’adapter aux divers supports visuels du groupe.
The band’s logo was designed on paper by Olivier Torre and Thomas Viti, I was then responsible for vectorizing it and adapting it to adapt it to the group’s various visual supports.
J’ai réalisé les illustrations suivantes pour l’album, en y représentant les concepts portés par l’album, liés au mazzerisme et autres pratiques spirituelles corses.
I created the following illustrations for the album, representing the concepts carried by the album, linked to Mazzerism and other Corsican spiritual practices.

Pour promouvoir la sortie, j’ai également réalisé ces animations reprenant les visuels de l’album.

Les visuels ont ensuite été déclinés pour habiller les différentes plateformes musicales et réseaux sociaux, comme BandCamp, ou encore le site officiel du groupe mazzeri.band.
The visuals were then used to adorn the various musical platforms and social networks, such as BandCamp, or the official website of the group mazzeri.band.

J’ai également maquetté l’édition CD de l’album. Le pressage a été assuré par Bleu Laser.
